In the event of an accident, provide your clients with 24/7 medical assistance.

With this service, clients have access to emergency telephonic advice and information, referrals to medical practitioners and facilities, and liaison with next of kin to keep them informed in the case of an incident.

Clients will also have access to operators who can guide them through a medical crisis involving the member, offering emergency advice and arranging the necessary support.

Additionally, clients will receive referrals to crisis hotlines, such as poison control, suicide prevention, and others.

In the event of a road accident, emergency medical response teams will be dispatched to the scene to assist and transport clients to the nearest medical facility.
